Scores of protesters converged on White River Park in downtown Indianapolis on Tuesday morning to show their displeasure with two basic governmental efforts: Don't let the government dictate my health options and stop the Cap & Trade effort that would drive energy taxes sky high with a hot air balloon reflecting the sentiment.
